1. Each of Ron's Fireworks's prize winners will be drawn at random. There are 6 location prizes.

2. The location runners up prizes valued at $25 worth in fireworks. NO CASH AWARDED

3.Ron's Fireworks will select from all entries a Grand-Prize winner. There is one (1) Grand Prize winner.

4. The Grand Prize is valued at $1300 worth in fireworks. NO CASH AWARDED

5. The random drawing will be held on June 21st, 2024.

6. The winner(s) has until June 27th to pick up their prize at their specified Ron's Fireworks location.

7. If the winner does not pick up their prize by June 27th at 10 pm, their prize will be forfeited.

8. Contest starts on June 1, 2024 and ends on June 21, 2024.

9. Entries into the Ron's Fireworks Giveaway can be found at website or at each of the Ron's Fireworks locations.

10. All Prizes are products owned by Ron's Fireworks and no other person or entity has any rights.

11. The odds of winning cannot be determined because the total number of entries is not known.

12. All records of the Ron's Fireworks Giveaway will be held at the corporate office located at 1421 w 10th st.

13. Entrants into the Ron's Fireworks Giveaway agree to be contacted by Ron's Fireworks at any time via Email, SMS Text, Phone Call, and or Direct Mail.

14. Entrants can OPT OUT of being contacted by Ron's Fireworks at any time, but if the entrant OPT’s Out prior to the drawing of the winner(s), then their Entry is removed from the Ron's Fireworks Giveaway.

15. An Entry can enter the Ron's Fireworks Giveaway multiple times and at each location. But, the Entry will only be eligible to win one (1) Location Prize and the Grand Prize.
